Dr. Kalam Startup Parikrama Edition 26, NIET Greater Noida

In the process of promoting the innovations and entrepreneurship among the students and alumni of engineering institution affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow organized A Workshop on “How Startups Can Impact Industries Using Emerging Technologies” under Dr. Kalam Startup Parikrama Supported by Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme-III (TEQIP-III) and supported by K-CIIS (Kalam Centre for Innovation and Incubation of Startup) at Noida Institute of Technology, Greater Noida.
Approximately 170 young participants across the state from the affiliated engineering colleges of AKTU participated in this event. The program started by lighting of lamp by guest of honor Avelo Roy, MD Kolkata Ventures, Dr. Praveen Pachauri, Director Project and Planning, Dr. Rajan Kocher Dean Admin and faculty members.
Dr. Pachauri given welcome address and discussed students on startup ecosystem and impact of emerging technologies. He motivated students for innovation and entrepreneurship. Mr. Avelo Roi, MD Kolkata ventures inspired students for entrepreneurship and discussed principles of entrepreneurship. He told the students about the startup rise in the United States from 2008 to 2016. Apart from this, he discussed about some principles of marketing that included Google Ads. and Dropbox and success story of entrepreneurs that they rose and get success.
Keynote address on the theme “How Startups Can Impact Industries Using Emerging Technologies” taken by Mr. Shishir Miglani (CEO, Kurativz Technologies) and Mr. Vishal Nigam (C0-founder and CEO, DIYBlockchain).
